Stafaflækja II / Lettertangle II

Lettertangle II” is a dance of lines and shapes form the Icelandic alphabet. The geometric pieces I’m making are connected to the traditions of Bauhaus and minimalist abstraction, but they’re also influenced by architectural plans and graphic design. I think of them as calm, precise blueprints for invisible systems—part architecture, part typographic grid. Rather than telling a literal story, the work invites you to live with a sense of order, rhythm, and quiet complexity.
